The present invention relates to a sheet for a grill. A sheet for a grill according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a plurality of protruding portions on the surface thereof and a plurality of through-holes disposed between the protruding portions, and the sheet for a grill is capable of shortening the cooking time by effectively transferring heat and far-infrared radiation to a material being cooked, and maintaining the flavor and shape of the material being cooked by facilitating the drainage of fat and moisture generated during cooking. |
