The present invention relates to an optimal electric charge recommendation system. According to the present invention, a collection and management system collecting use wattage (kWh) by time slot of a business site through wattmeters installed in the business site and managing the collected use wattage by day, month and year, and thus a wattage analysis system for analyzing the wattage by load time slot capable of providing use ratio information by power load (low load, middle load and maximum load) to which weight is applied when calculating an electric charge is formed. The optimal electric charge recommendation system calculates the electric charges by charge system of the corresponding business site by applying an electric charge calculation method by charge system to the data stored in the wattage analysis system, compares electric charge differences between the currently applied charge system and other charge systems, and provides information in order to enable the corresponding business site to select the charge system of the lowest electric charge. The wattage analysis system comprises: an operation server including, a testing equipment data receiver module, a testing equipment data distribution rate application module, a data collection module, an electric charge system management module, an electric charge calculation module, a display screen implementation module, and an excel file conversion module; and a database server including a fixture table, a testing equipment table, a testing equipment-fixture distribution table, a process-fixture table, an electric charge system table, a use wattage by time slot table, a data table by testing equipment, and a data table by fixture. |
