PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretching device of a net or sheet and stretching method of a net or sheet capable of easily stretching a net or sheet and being safely usable.SOLUTION: A stretching device 1 of a net or sheet comprises: a net 2 or sheet to be stretched in an indoor space; moving ropes 4 connected to both ends of an upper part of the net or sheet respectively; upper ropes 6A and 6B connected to desired positions of the upper end side of the net or sheet; and winches 5 and 7 for pulling out or taking up the moving ropes and the upper ropes respectively. The upper end side of the net or sheet includes a stretching rope 3 having rings attached thereto for connecting the moving ropes at both end sides. The stretching rope fixes a basic upper rope via a connecting tool 10 and connected with the other upper ropes via connecting tools so as to slidingly move them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
