PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide component mounting method and system that can enhance the mounting position precision for a positional error caused by aging.SOLUTION: In a component mounting process of a component mounting system in which an inspecting device for inspecting a mounting state is disposed at the downstream side of plural component mounting devices, on the basis of a positional displacement state detected by inspecting a mounting state in a post-mounting inspection and aging information determined by measuring the aging of a component mounting mechanism in a process of repetitively executing a component mounting step, a feedback correction value to be fed back to the component mounting step for enhancement of the mounting position precision is calculated, and transmitted to the component mounting device. In the component mounting step, an aging correction value calculated based on the aging information is further added with the feedback correction value to correct the mounting position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
