PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-transmitting conductive film having high flexure resistance, which can be used in a touch panel with a curved surface or a touch panel having such a design that a touch panel plane is folded.SOLUTION: The light-transmitting conductive film includes (A) a light-transmitting support layer, (C) a light-transmitting conductive layer, and (D) a back coat layer, in which the light-transmitting conductive layer (C) is disposed on one surface of the light-transmitting support layer (A) directly or with one or more other layers interposed, and the back coat layer (D) is disposed on a surface of the light-transmitting support layer (A) where the light-transmitting conductive layer (C) is not disposed, directly or with one or more layers interposed. The back coat layer (D) has such a structure that inorganic filler is dispersed in an organic polymer or an organic binder.
