PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent adhesive, cyclic acetal (meth)acrylate suitable for adhesive, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a cyclic acetal (meth)acrylate represented by the formula (2) obtained by a transesterification of monohydroxy cyclic acetal and (meth)acrylate and having the content of trimethylolpropane tri(meth)acrylate and trimethylolethane tri(meth)acrylate of total 3 mol% or less.
