PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable compound from which such a sealing agent for a liquid crystal display element can be obtained that has excellent adhesiveness and can suppress contamination on a liquid crystal, and to provide a curable resin composition, a sealing agent for a liquid crystal display element, a vertical conducting material and a liquid crystal display element manufactured by using the above polymerizable compound.SOLUTION: The polymerizable compound includes two or more epoxy groups and/or (meth)acryloyl groups in total and two or more secondary amino groups in one molecule.SELECTED DRAWING: None
