PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition exhibiting PPARγ expression promoting effect which is free from the problem of side effects and can be continuously ingested over a long time.SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by a PPARγ expression promoting composition containing Kaempferia parviflora and at least one component selected from the group consisting of Zingiber officinale, Cinnamomum cassia, medicinal ginseng, and vitamin B.
