A sliding rail (19) and sliding blocks (20) are provided on a rear part of a base (13), the slide blocks (20) are connected with a standing post (8) and a stand (17) having an L-shaped integral piece, a backrest (5) is fixed on the standing post (8), and the front and back extending parts of the stand (17) are connected with a seat holder (21); an overturning panel (1) provided with telescopic rods (2) on the two sides thereof is connected pivotedly to the upper part of the standing post (8), a telescopic rod (2) is provided with a massage protrusion I (3A), and a lifting device connected to the standing post (8) is provided on the base (13).
