The construction machine capable of forecasting a residual work time according to the present disclosure comprises: an engine; a fuel level sensor capable of measuring the quantity of fuel in a fuel tank; an operation mode switch capable of selecting the number of revolutions of the engine; and a control unit capable of receiving fuel information from the fuel level sensor, receiving an input of fuel efficiency information from the engine, and calculating estimated work time according to a selected operation mode, wherein if a first mode is inputted by the operation mode switch, the control unit computes average fuel efficiency for the first mode, and calculates residual work time while considering residual fuel quantity for the first mode. |
