The present invention discloses a pressure roller and a manufacturing method therefor. The main features are comprising a central shaft, a cylinder, and flat plates which are provided with a fixing device having a slot and are connected on two ends of the cylinder, wherein a layer of high-temperature-resistant and heat-insulating material is provided on the surface of the central shaft, and the cylinder is formed of a lot of ring-shaped poly-m-phenyleneisophthalamide (MPIA) paper, which has the same area, has a hole in the centre, is sleeved on the central shaft and overlapped in a radial direction. The beneficial effects of the present invention are that the cylinder of MPIA paper sleeve is able to resist wearing, high temperature and aging, is stable in size and the density thereof is smaller than metal, and the inertia reduces when operating such that the machining accuracy is highly improved. |
