Disclosed is a control method for a washing mode of down and feather garments of a washing machine, comprising the following steps: controlling the washing machine to fill water successively to a first pre-determined water level and a second pre-determined water level after detecting that the down and feather garment washing mode of the washing machine has started, wherein the washing machine is controlled to suspend filling water for a certain time for soaking when the filled water reaches each pre-determined water level; and controlling the washing machine to wash to a long beat and a short respectively after the filled water reaches the second pre-determined water level and has soaked for a certain time. The method can increase the cleaning ratio of the washing machine for washing down and feather garments and improve user satisfaction. Further comprised are a control device for the down and feather garment washing mode of a washing machine and a washing machine having the control device.
