The present invention relates to a food waste crusher and a food waste disposal unit including the same, and more particularly, to a food waste crusher, which efficiently crushes all sorts of food wastes and enables to select whether to decompose and completely remove the food wastes or to reuse as fodder or compost, and a food waste disposal unit including the same. The food waste disposal unit according to the present invention comprises: a crushing chamber in a cylindrical shape, in which a lower portion thereof gradually decreases as it travels to a lower direction, and having an inlet for food waste on an upper portion thereof, a drainage on a lower portion thereof, and a comb-shaped uneven structure formed on inner circumferential surface in a diagonal direction; and a crusher assembly rotatably built in the crushing chamber and gradually increasing and then decreasing in width as it travels to a lower direction, and having a comb-shaped uneven structure formed on outer circumferential surface in the diagonal direction. The food waste crusher and the food waste disposal unit including the same according to the present invention shred stems or relatively larger food wastes in a shredder to minimize volume thereof and then crush into smaller pieces in the crusher. Since the comb-shaped uneven structure is provided to the crusher assembly and the crushing chamber to crush the food wastes in a manner of a millstone, the food waste crusher and the food waste disposal unit including the same give benefits of very effectively crushing the food waste. |
