PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle boiling machine which improves cooling efficiency to shorten a cooling time, thereby enabling improvement of manufacturing efficiency, can provide noodles having good texture and good appearance, and can compactify a device.SOLUTION: A noodle boiling machine 1 includes: a boiling tank 10 boiling noodles therein; a cooling tank 20 filled with cooling water generated by a cooling source 21 and cooling the noodles boiled in the boiling tank 10; a conveyance route 40a included in a conveyance device 40 conveying the noodles from the boiling tank 10 to the cooling tank 20; and water discharge parts 60, 70, 80 discharging the cooling water cooling the noodles to the conveyance route 40a and/or cooling tank 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
