PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition high in transparency, providing a cured film high in in-plane uniformity and excellent in printability, the cured film by curing the curable composition and a manufacturing method therefor, various display devices having the cured film and a touch panel.SOLUTION: There is provided a curable composition containing Component A:a specific titanium-containing compound and/or a zirconium-containing compound, Component B:a curable compound and Component C:a solvent, the Component C contains Component C-1:at least one kind of organic solvent having viscosity at 20°C of 50 mPa s to 200 mPa s and surface tension of 30 mN/m to 41 mN/m and Component C-2: at least one kind of organic solvent having viscosity at 20°C of less than 50 mPa s, the content of the Component C-1 is 20 to 95 mass% based on total mass of the Component C and viscosity at 20°C of the curable composition is 1 mPa s to 30 mPa s.SELECTED DRAWING: None
