PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce nanopore passage speed of a biological polymer during electrophoresis to speed equal to or lower than speed in which monomer sequence analysis is possible.SOLUTION: A biological polymer analysis device comprises: two tanks 101a, 101b capable of storing a liquid including a biological polymer and electrolyte; a pair of electrodes 105a, 105b; a thin film 104 having a nanopore; and a three-dimensional structure body 103 mounted on the thin film. The three-dimensional structure body has an air gap capable of storing the liquid, and the air gap forms a channel in which, the liquid can pass from the nanopore to an upper part of the three-dimensional structure body, and the channel has a functional group which is absorbed by the biological polymer on its surface. In a range of a hemisphere having biological polymer capturing length r during voltage application, as radius, with the nanopore as a center, the three-dimensional structure body is not dispersed in the liquid again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15 |
