PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of improving heat dissipation while maintaining a high reflection rate.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 1 includes: a laser excitation ceramic phosphor 20; and a light reflective layer 30 which is formed over a plane different from a laser irradiation surface of the ceramic phosphor 20 in contact therewith.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
