PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the impact of a bias return current on a superconducting integrated circuit.SOLUTION: A configuration for extracting a bias current supplied to a superconducting integrated circuit therefrom, includes a configuration for oppositely arranging a bias current supply line for supplying a bias current to the superconducting integrated circuit, and a bias current extraction line for extracting the bias return current from the ground surface, with the same wiring width, at a position superposing in the lamination direction, and a configuration for laminating a bias current supply pad and a bias current extraction pad, and oppositely arranging a surface of the bias curent supply pad for supplying a bias current, and a surface for extracting the bias return current of the bias current extraction pad at a position superposing in the lamination direction. Generation of unnecessary magnetic field is suppressed by canceling the bias current and bias return current.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
