PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux-cored wire for gas shielded arc welding, which has excellent welding work efficiency in vertical down position welding.SOLUTION: The flux-cored wire for gas shielded arc welding is provided in which a steel jacket and flux in total contains by mass% with respect to the total wire mass: 0.02-0.08% of C; 0.2-0.8% of Si; 2.0-4.0% of Mn; and 0.10-0.90% of Al in terms of AlOand AlOin total, and in which the flux contains: 4.0-7.0% of Ti oxide in terms of TiO; 0.2-1.5% of Si oxide in terms of SiO; 0.05-0.6% of Zr oxide in terms of ZrO; 0.20-1.00% of Mg in terms of MgO; 0.01-0.15% of a fluorine compound in terms of F; and 0.05-0.30% of a Na compound in terms of NaO and K compound in terms of KO in total; and 5.0-10.0% of slag forming agents in total, and in which a value of ([TiO]×2.2+[SiO]×0.5)/[ZrO]×0.8+[MgO]/[AlO]×16 is 57-84.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
