PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a surface-modified molded body, with which strength of a surface layer of the molded body is enhanced, the molded body can be joined to an adherend without using any adhesive in joining the molded body including an organic polymer compound with low adhesiveness such as a fluororesin to the adherend, and further neither a treating process nor an apparatus becomes complicated in atmospheric pressure plasma treatment, and to provide a production method of a composite body of the surface-modified molded body and the adherend.SOLUTION: In a production method of a surface-modified molded body, a peroxide radical is introduced to a surface of a molded body by raising a surface temperature of the molded body including an organic polymer compound to (the melting point of the organic polymer compound)-120°C or more and performing atmospheric pressure plasma treatment on the surface of the molded body.SELECTED DRAWING: None
