PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door handle that may be fixed on a door without requiring an outer cover exposed outside.SOLUTION: A vehicle door handle includes: a handle body 3 fixed on a door 2, having a grip part 1 serving as a hand gripping part for a user when opening/closing the door; a lever handle 4 connected rotatably on the handle body 3 between an initial rotation position and an actuated rotation position, located on a rear surface of the grip part 1; and a capacitance sensor 5 that detects an approaching user. An detection electrode 6 of the capacitance sensor 5 is located on a side wall of the grip part 1 of the handle body 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
