Provided are a driving circuit of a power semiconductor device and a driving method of a power semiconductor device. A driving circuit of a power semiconductor device comprises: a system circuit, having a power semiconductor device, for wirelessly receiving a driving signal for driving the power semiconductor device; and a control circuit for generating the driving signal and wirelessly transmitting the driving signal to the system circuit. A driving method of a power semiconductor device comprises: a step of wirelessly receiving a driving signal for driving the power semiconductor device; and a step of turning on the power semiconductor device using the driving signal.
