The present invention relates to a transmission structure of a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), more specifically, which comprises: an engine (10) connected to a front wheel of the hybrid vehicle; a planetary gear part (20) connected to the engine (10); a first motor generator (30) connected to the planetary gear part (20); an overdrive brake (40) connected to the first motor generator (30); and a second motor generator (50) connected to a rear wheel of the hybrid vehicle. Therefore, a power split structure and a parallel structure which are a high fuel efficiency system can be maintained at the same time, and a system size can be reduced, thereby developing a small hybrid electric vehicle as well as improving fuel efficiency.
