According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a display apparatus which comprises a first substrate and a second substrate, multiple pixels, an embedded circuit and a sealing member. The first substrate and the second substrate individually include a display area and a non-display area positioned on an outskirt of the display area. The multiple pixels are formed on the display area of the first substrate. The embedded circuit is positioned on the non-display area of the first substrate, and is electrically connected to the pixels. The sealing member is positioned between the non-display area of the first substrate and the non-display area of the second substrate to surround the display area. The sealing member includes a first part and a second part positioned inside the first part to overlap the embedded circuit. The second substrate includes a groove formed at a position corresponding to the second part of the sealing member. According to the present invention, reliability of the display apparatus can be improved while reducing the non-display area. |
