A mine management system (1) for use in ore mining from an ore vein in a mine including multiple mining sites located under the vein, a first roadway located under the vein, and multiple second roadways connecting the multiple mining sites and the first roadway, the mine management system comprising: a hauling machine which carries the ore excavated at the mining sites and moves along the first roadway to haul the ore to ore passes; loading machines which excavate the ore at the mining sites while remaining in the second roadways in a state in which there is space left for the hauling machine to move in the first roadway, and transfer the mined ore from the mining sites to the opposite direction therefrom to load the ore onto the hauling machine; and a management device for determining a mining site where a loading machine is to be positioned on the basis of the difference between the production plan of the mine and actual production.
