The invention relates to an in vitro method for the simultaneous detection of Campylobacter jejuni, Cronobacter sakazakii, an enterohemorrhagic strain of Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella spp. and Shigella spp. in a sample, said method comprising: a) isolating the DNA of said sample; b) carrying out a multiplex PCR on the DNA isolated in step a) with a group of primer pairs designed for this purpose; and c) detecting the amplification products obtained in step b). The invention also relates to a group of primer pairs especially designed for implementing said in vitro method, and to a kit comprising the above-mentioned group of primer pairs.
