摘要 The present invention relates to a cutting tool in which silicon nitride containing alumina and erbium oxide is sintered by discharge plasma. Power in which 2 wt% of alumina (Al_2O_3) powder and erbium oxide (Er_2O_3) mixed powder are added to and mixed with 98 wt% of silicon nitride powder is sintered by discharge plasma to form the cutting tool, and eutectic reaction of being precipitated to the silicon nitride, alumina (Al_2O_3), and erbium oxide (Er_2O_3) components is performed at 1,700 to 1,800°C at the time of sintering.
