PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when both of a narrow viewing angle in a long distance and a wide viewing angle in a short distance are made compatible, a high cost and a high arithmetic load are required.SOLUTION: A radar system includes: frequency analysis means 51 for frequency-analyzing a plurality of beat signals obtained by mixing each reception signal received by antenna elements 11 to 14 for receiving a reflection signal from a target object and a plurality of beat signals obtained by mixing these reception signals; and detection means 52 for detecting a target object on the basis of a frequency analysis result by the frequency analysis means and measuring at least a distance up to the target object. The detection means 52 performs a detection process of the target object for a first addition result obtained by adding the entire frequency analysis result as a complex number and for a second addition result obtained by adding amplitude of the entire frequency analysis result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
