PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel battery in which decrease in performance of fuel battery cells and a combustion part is suppressed and the exhaust heat recovery performance of which can be improved.SOLUTION: The solid oxide fuel battery includes inside a container 1: a reformer 3; a cell stack 9 that has a plurality of fuel battery cells 14 generating power using fuel gas produced by the reformer 3; and a combustion part 10 that combusts off-gas from the cell stack 9. The solid oxide fuel battery further includes a heating device 2 that is integral with the container 1 while it faces one outer surface 1e of the container 1 to which internal heat of the container 1 is transferred, and hat heats at least any one of oxygen supplied to the fuel battery cells 14, raw fuel supplied to the reformer 3, and water supplied to the reformer 3, by using heat of exhaust gas exhausted from the inside of the container 1 to the outside. The heating device 2 is configured in such a way that the exhaust gas and at least any one of oxygen, the raw fuel, and water, as heating objects, flow in a direction along a surface facing the outer surface 1e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
