PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle control device capable of relieving headache of a crew member of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle control device includes: a reception part 2 which receives a prescribed operation; a dim control part which reduces brightness of an emitter provided in a vehicle C when the reception part receives the prescribed operation; and a sound volume control part which reduces the sound volume provided in the vehicle C when the reception part 2 receives the prescribed operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
