PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a frame hardly slip out of place in a legless chair.SOLUTION: In a lower die 32, a frame 14 and a middle layer material 28 are set in an embedded manner in chip materials 25 in which an adhesive is provided. With the lower die 32 and the upper die 33 closed, steam is supplied into the dies while respective materials 24, 25, 27, 28 composed of flexible polyurethane foam are compressed. The adhesive is thereby hardened, with the chip materials 25 joined with each other to form an integration layer 26. At the same time, the integration layer 26 is integrated by joining thereto the upper layer material 24, the middle layer material 28, and the lower layer material 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
