PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and labor for calculating a correction amount.SOLUTION: In a plurality of ink chambers partitioned to be parallel to each other by a plurality of partition walls configured by bonding in the state of polarizing a first piezoelectric member 1 and a second piezoelectric member 2 in opposing directions, one electrode is provided in the state of covering both the surfaces of the two partition walls which are wall surfaces of the ink chamber, and a nozzle is provided in a communicative manner. A driving pulse generation part configured to output and apply driving pulse signals for discharging ink droplets from the ink chamber to a plurality of electrodes individually adjusting the waveforms of the driving pulse signals so as to correct variation in discharge characteristics of ink droplets from a plurality of nozzles. A measurement part measures the capacitance of each of the plurality of electrodes. A determination part determines a correction amount so as to reduce variation in a plurality of capacitances measured by the measurement part for each of the plurality of electrodes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
