PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate business support system capable of activating real estate business.SOLUTION: A real estate business support system 1 is provided with a server 2, a financial institution terminal 16 for a real estate management company; and a financial institution terminal 17 for an owner. The server 2 comprises: a real estate information database 3; a real estate lease amount database 4; a balance calculation unit 5 capable of calculating a balance between a real estate lease amount that is recorded by the real estate lease amount database 4 and a loan repayment amount that is recorded by the real estate information database 3; and a transfer request unit 6 capable of requesting, via an internet 15, the financial institution terminal 16 for the real estate management company to withdraw the balance from an account of the real estate management company and deposit the same in an account of the owner, when the loan repayment amount is larger than the real estate lease amount as a result of calculation of the balance by the balance calculation unit 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
