PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device which can supply power to a load even if an external transmission function fails and an external signal for controlling on/off of a relay is not inputted, and to provide a load control system including this power supply device.SOLUTION: A power supply device 2 includes a breaker 6 connected with an AC power supply Vs, and turning the input of the AC power supply Vs on/off, a relay 7 connected to the output side of the breaker 6, and turning the supply of AC power supply Vs on/off, and a control section 8 inputting an external signal for controlling on/off of the relay 7, controlling on/off of the relay 7 depending on the external signal, and controlling the relay 7 connected with the breaker 6 on, when input of the external signal is abnormal, and the breaker 6 is turned on/off a predetermined number of times from the on state, within a predetermined time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
