PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability of a cooling function, in a structure including a double side cooling power module, and having a function for cooling it.SOLUTION: A structure 60 includes a double side cooling module 40, a resin sheet 20 in contact with the upper surface 51 of a heat spreader 50 in the module 40, a heat dissipation member 10 in contact with the upper surface 21 of the resin sheet 20, a resin sheet 25 bonded to the lower surface 57 of a heat spreader 55 in the module 40, and a heat dissipation member 30 in contact with the lower surface 27 of the resin sheet 25. The module 40 has an element 41, a spacer 46 located above the element 41, a heat spreader 50 located above the spacer 46, and a heat spreader 55 located below the element 41. In the structure 60, the lower surface 22 of the resin sheet 20 is not bonded to the upper surface 21 of the heat spreader 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
