PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a runner for hydraulic machinery, which can reduce a hydraulic pulsation while suppressing the reduction of efficiency effectively.SOLUTION: A runner 41 according to an embodiment comprises: a runner body 4M to be rotationally driven on a rotation axis O by the water flow into from the outer peripheral side at a hydraulic turbine operation time; and a cylindrical extension member 10 disposed coaxially with the rotation axis O on the rotation axis side of the runner body 4M and extending toward the downstream side of the runner body 4M. The extension member 10 is formed with a plurality of through holes 11 for causing an inner circumferential side region In and an outer circumferential side region Ex to communicate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
