PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of improving the efficiency of generation of print data corresponding to the output characteristic of a printer.SOLUTION: A printing system 10 includes a print management device 20 and a plurality of printers 40. Upon receiving, from a computer 30, a print request PD and original data OD showing a print image, the print management device 20 determines an output destination from the plurality of printers 40. Before the determination of the output destination, the print management device 20 corrects the original data OD using common correction data common between printers 40 as candidates of the output destination. After the determination of the output destination, the print management device generates print data ED using non-common correction data specific to the printer 40 as the output destination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
