PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile body control device and a mobile body that are capable of tracking a person with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: When included in a mobile body 1, an image capture unit 11 captures at least a portion of the vicinity of the mobile body, and acquires an image. When an image of a person is included in the image captured by the image capture unit, a specification unit 22 defines the trunk of the person as a representative point from the image of the person.
