PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomolecule separation laminate which allows a protective film to easily peel off.SOLUTION: A biomolecule separation laminate is an electrophoresis gel chip 10 including a sheet base material 11, a separation medium layer 12, and a protective film 13. The protective film 13 is, for example, made of a PET film, is laminated in a manner to cover the separation medium layer 12 from the side opposite to the sheet base material 11, and includes a tab part 14 extending farther than the separation medium layer 12.
