PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill capable of avoiding combustion of an upper burner in a poor combustion state by discharging a large amount of water vapor from a cooking container, with a simple configuration effectively using an original configuration.SOLUTION: An operation control part W is configured in such a way that a temperature rise gradient of a cooking container before a temperature of the cooking container rises to a temperature corresponding to a boiling point of water is calculated on the basis of detection information of a temperature detection sensor 13 detecting a temperature of the cooking container in a state in which heating of the cooking container is started while making a lower burner 10 and an upper burner 11 perform combustion, and when the calculated temperature rise gradient is a set reference gradient or less in which an amount of water vapor discharged from the cooking object stored in the cooking container is predicted to become a state exceeding an allowable limit about combustion at the upper burner 11, the combustion at the upper burner 11 is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
