PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot array antenna that can radiate electric waves with a lower loss as compared with a conformal antenna constructed by a planar antenna and also broaden the radiation angle, and can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: An array antenna device has plural arranged slot array antennas each of which contains plural slot antennas and has a radiation face formed in a conformal shape, and plural waveguide pipes for supplying power to the slot array antennas. After the main bodies of the plural waveguide pipes are formed by a resin molding method, the inner surfaces of the waveguide pipes are subjected to a surface treatment using plating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
