PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for adjusting drink characteristic, suppressing excessive foaming of sparkling drink when adjusting drink characteristic of sparkling drink by giving flavor to sparkling drink.SOLUTION: A device 10 for adjusting drink characteristic is for giving flavor to beer supplied with a dispenser system 1. The device 10 for adjusting drink characteristic includes a drink characteristic adjusting container 20 which is connected to a drink path 7 so as to be communicated with the drink path 7 to which beer is pressure-fed, and allows putting a soaking product to give flavor to beer. A flow quantity of beer to be introduced into the drink characteristic adjusting container 20 is adjusted with a beer supply/discharge device 21 and a gas supply/discharge device 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
