PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing water-repellent lightweight foam concrete in which uniform foamability and water repellency can be made consistent even in water-repellent inside addition type water-repellent ALC.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing water-repellent lightweight foam concrete comprising: a raw material slurry adjustment step of adding the main raw material including siliceous raw material and calcareous raw material, a foaming agent of metal aluminum powder, water and a silicone based water-repellent agent; a step of flowing the raw material slurry into a flask to form a semi-cured body; and a step of subjecting the semi-cured body to high temperature-high pressure vapor curing. In the raw material slurry adjustment step, as the metal aluminum powder, the powder not substantially adhered with fatty acid on the metal aluminum powder is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
