PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film, which has greatly excellent adhesiveness with various functional layers to be laminated on the film, and therefore, which can be utilized preferably as each base material for, for example, a magnetic recording medium, various packaging materials, various housing materials, various display applications or the like.SOLUTION: A laminated film has, at least on one surface of the film, a coating layer formed of coating liquid containing a composite resin comprising a resin containing a (meth)acryloyl group and a urethane resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
