The present invention relates to a substructure of a sump pit or an elevator pit, capable of omitting a form installation work for pouring concrete by installing, at a lower portion of the sump pit or the elevator pit, a reinforcing bar provided at a lower portion of a supporting plate supporting a vertical wall and a supporting frame for supporting the reinforcing bar, reducing construction period and costs of concrete work by omitting the form installation work for pouring concrete, and maintaining the strength of a substructure of a sump pit or an elevator pit by installing the substructure at an upper portion of a weak floor as well as the floor of a building such as concrete by having a reinforcing bar provided on the supporting plate. |
