[Problem] To add redundancy to the fault-detection architecture of a redundant system, detect faults accurately, and make it possible to reliably switch between redundant computers when necessary. [Solution] In each redundant computer (150, 180) in this redundant system (10), a power-supply mechanism (200) for said redundant computer (150, 180) is provided with a computation device (204) that: monitors a write process in which prescribed information from another device (300) or another mechanism (112) in that computer (150, 180) is written to a storage device (201) in the power-supply mechanism (200), and if said write process does not follow prescribed rules, performs an operation to stop or reset a power-supply device (230) and then instructs the other computer (150, 180) to perform a recovery operation. |
