The infrared-shielding sheet according to the present invention is provided with a layered film in which a high-refractive-index resin layer containing microparticles and a low-refractive-index resin layer containing microparticles are layered in alternating fashion. In at least one low-refractive-index resin layer, the value obtained by subtracting the refractive index at an arbitrary wavelength from 780 nm to 2500 nm from the refractive index at a wavelength of 550 nm is 0.1 or greater, and the low-refractive-index resin layer has a refractive index lower than that of the high-refractive-index resin layer at an arbitrary wavelength from 550 nm to the aforementioned arbitrary wavelength.
