PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slurry processing method and a device for the same capable of uniformly mixing and dispersing slurry which has been mixed in advance, has a viscosity range of 1-100 dPa s and is viscous with low viscosity to medium viscosity without using a dispersion medium (beads) and producing grains and lumps when manufacturing sold/liquid processing materials to be used in chemical, medical, electronic, ceramic, pharmaceutical, food, livestock feed and other fields.SOLUTION: A rotor 2 is rotatably provided in a vessel 1 having a supply port 3 of a processing material and an inward outlet 4. A minute annular clearance 6 where the processing material is kept is formed between the inner surface of the vessel 1 and the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 2. An ultrasonic chamber 10 having a drain port 11 is provided so as to be continuous to the inward outlet 4 of the vessel. An ultrasonic horn 13 is positioned in proximity to the inward outlet 4 and the drain port 11 with an interval of 2-5 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
