PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize an influence of a display operation.SOLUTION: A scanning drive part is drives a common drive electrode so that a waveform of a touch detection drive signal is shifted in any timing other than a display period, and has a phase of a display drive signal different from a phase of the touch detection drive signal so that the waveform of the touch detection drive signal is shifted in timing in which the waveform of the display drive signal is not shifted. A detection circuit performs sampling of touch detection signals in timing in which all of the display drive signal, a scanning signal and a pixel signal are not shifted to calculate its difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
