PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of power supply noise by utilizing latch circuits which are used for implementing functions of a semiconductor device.SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes: a plurality of function block parts including a plurality of latch circuits; a current prediction part for predicting a fluctuation amount of a current to be consumed by each of the plurality of function block parts; an operation control part by which, when any one of the fluctuation amounts predicted by the current prediction part exceeds a threshold, a plurality of latch circuits included in a predetermined number of target function block parts among function block parts which stop operating in the plurality of function blocks are operated for a predetermined period; and a recovery control part by which, after the lapse of the predetermined period, information held by the plurality of latch circuits included in the predetermined number of target function block parts is recovered into information before the operation for the predetermined period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
